How do I purchase a container?

Firstly, if you are chasing a container to Buy, browse through our range of containers or get in touch with one of our friendly sales team members who will assist you in choosing a container to suit. In addition, out team will be able to give helpful and friendly advise. Once the container has been confirmed we will create an invoice which will be emailed. Once received, the invoice can be paid via Online, EFT (bank transfer), Credit Card or cash.
However, please note that Credit Card surcharges may apply.

How Long Does Delivery Take ?

Firstly, only once your order been processed or payment has been made in full (unless otherwise specified), will our logistics team book your container for delivery. Secondly, depending on your desired location, we can deliver the same day as payment or on average between 1-2 weeks. Lastly, If you have any deadline delivery days please make sure we are informed.

Do you offer onsite storage for my container ?

Importantly, we are working hard on opening up storage yards that will accommodate. However, meanwhile feel free to contact us as we have businesses we can suggest!

Above all, we offer a range of containers for sale. However, to sum it up simply, please don’t modify or tamper with your purchase container otherwise discussed with your sales representative.

What If I'm Hiring A Container For A Relocation ?

That is okay, we allow the relocation of containers but we will need to be made aware of this in the initial enquiry, with the desired address.
Our Team will need to be updated on the location of the container, before, and once moved.

I am unsure as to what size I need. Can you advise?

How do I rent a storage container?

Do I require Council permission?

Yes we do, whether you purchased from us in the past or not, you can email sales@dropboxcontainersinc.com photos of the container you have for sale and we will make you an offer over the phone.

Do you offer insurance?

No, you will need to contact your own insurance company. For move containers we can help organise by putting you in touch with a company that specialises in container move insurance.

Do we need to place anything under the container?

Generally not, the container floor sits about 10cm off the ground. If you would like to elevate the container we suggest railway sleepers. Make sure you advise the truck driver when your container arrives.
